Since our founding in 2020, our family-run business has specialised in the development and construction of luxury homes, residential flats, mixed-use developments, industrial projects, and land subdivisions.

He has led significant international business ventures, combining entrepreneurial success with a deep commitment to philanthropy, supporting charitable initiatives both in Australia and abroad.
Thomas is an experienced property development professional with over 14 years’ experience in the industry, He has a comprehensive background in managing a wide range of projects across the residential, commercial and industrial sectors.
Thomas' career spans the full development lifecycle - from site acquisition and feasibility analysis to managing development applications, coordinating with consultants and authorities, and overseeing delivery through to settlement and post-completion.
With a degree in Property Economics and formal accreditation in property valuation, Thomas brings both technical capability and commercial insight to every project Vanora Properties undertakes.
